Title Processor

A real estate financing company located in Pikesville, MD seeks a Full-time Title Processor to perform similar duties to those performed within a traditional title company. The ideal candidate will be committed to diligent fact-checking and attention to detail and will have excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a monthly pipeline of file from origination to funding
  • Gathering required documents/information
  • Processing transactions in a manner consistent with all company policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements
  • Providing excellent customer service by effectively communicating and cooperating with all borrowers and partners
  • Reviewing all incoming information and documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Preparing files for submission
  • Recording data in Salesforce
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of title processing experience
  • An interest in finance, real estate, and/or banking
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency with the G Suite platform
  • Quick learner with new software platforms, including database applications
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong online research skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well on an individual and collaborative basis
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and accurately execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Attentive to detail
  • Professional and punctual
  • Tech-savvy

Pay: Competitive Salary
