Seeking a qualified candidate to fill a full-time recruiting role. The Sourcing Specialist’s responsibility is to conduct active recruiting outreach on social media and job boards in order to recruit highly qualified candidates. Sourcing Specialist will provide candidates with optimal “user experience” during initial correspondences with a GT representative. Sourcing Specialist is responsible for conducting a basic screen on each candidate and ensuring that all potential candidates apply. The position involves coordination and communication via phone, email, text, and video messaging with potential candidates as well as internal GT employees. Organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving are all key aspects of this job. Ideal candidate for this position will be a hard-working individual with a personable, enthusiastic and passionate personality.

Previous recruiting/sales experience Minimum 1+ years of professional work experience Ability to communicate via phone and email in a professional manner Ability to problem solve Excellent organization and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs/Google Drive (primarily spreadsheets) Committed to growing programs and providing excellent client service to deliver high levels of client satisfaction to ensure retention Quick learner and patient Ambitious, enthusiastic, and comfortable conversing with others. Ability to work 40 hours per week Authorized to work in the US |
