Senior Manager of Prevention & Wellness-HYBRID-FT

A comprehensive non-profit human service organization has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, innovative mental health professional to serve as our Senior Manager of Prevention & Wellness.

You will guide and collaborate with a team of highly creative, dedicated staff in developing and facilitating interactive educational group programs for children, teens, young adults, and adults that raise awareness about factors affecting emotional, behavioral, and physical health, and offer tools and strategies that enhance mental well-being, build resilience, and promote healthy decision making. 

The ideal candidate:

  • Strong behavioral health background with depth of knowledge about mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Experience, passion, and skill in creating and facilitating engaging group programs and workshops for diverse populations, especially children and teens.
  • Innovative mindset.
  • Aptitude for outreach to cultivating partnerships.
  • Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead by motivating, mentoring, and inspiring team members.
  • Familiarity and sensitivity to Jewish traditions, values, customs.
  • This is a hybrid position with some opportunity for remote work.
  • Degree in mental health or related behavioral health field.
  • 5-7 years’ experience relevant to position
  • Experience in a supervisory and leadership role.
