Senior Manager, Community Programs & Partnerships

A comprehensive human service agency that provides a broad range of services that meet the diverse, multi-dimensional needs of individuals and families throughout Central Maryland, is seeking a Full-time Senior Manager, Community Programs & Partnerships to join its team. Are you a dynamic mental health clinician skilled in developing and facilitating innovative and engaging community programs? Responsibilities:

  • Oversee development and expansion of community programs, including psychoeducational and support groups, workshops, consultation services, and presentations that address current and emerging needs
  • Actively build partnerships with community organizations, schools, businesses, congregations, external professionals, and referral agents to expand the agency’s service delivery and generate revenue
  • Facilitate programs and provide select services
  • Collaborate with colleagues, programs, and administrative units across the agency to achieve organizational and program-specific goals
  • Participate in the operational and fiscal management of the organization as a member of the Senior Management Team

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in a mental health field and professional licensure
  • At least 7 years clinical experience
  • Successful work experience in a leadership and supervisory role
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly engaging presentation and group facilitation skills
  • High-level creativity, innovation, and initiative
  • Outstanding organizational, project and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, motivate and cultivate high-performing teams in both remote and in-person work environments
  • Proven ability to cultivate internal and external partnerships to benefit service delivery
  • Outcomes-oriented; excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Working knowledge of Jewish customs, traditions, and values
