A family-owned floral company located in Owings Mills Maryland is seeking a Full-time Outside Sales Representative to join its energetic and growing team! You will be on the front line of our growing Company working with a highly motivated team and working with customers directly via of known referrals and leads. While seeking new business relationships and partnerships – corporate, hotels, venues, restaurants, caterers- all hospitality and more. Grow the most recognized floral company service the best-in-class hospitality venues and corporate clients in Baltimore and Washington DC.
Responsibilities:
- Work with prospects and potential clients to process and organize current & future projects, products, and services.
- Communicate proper solutions to internal staff on behalf of the salespeople for the benefit of the operation and the customer.
- Help Reach agreed upon daily deadlines on the phone or with vendors and partners.
- Assist in creating sales material to present to customers using seasonal flowers, plants, and containers.
- Learn the sales and pre- production process through training alongside existing sales and production people.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in outside sales (Experience in Hospitality Business is beneficial)
- Familiarity with Windows and other basic windows software
- Ability to build rapport with clients and co-workers.
- Commercial Experience in dealing with corporate customers is a must.
- Participation in our member organizations and networking events- Must “Juggle” and work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: DOE; Range is 52-58K
