We are a nonprofit organization that helps small and mid-sized nonprofit organizations handle the day-to-day work that keeps their programs running. Our team provides services such as bookkeeping, hiring support, administrative assistance, training, and operational guidance so nonprofit leaders can spend more time serving their communities. We use a collaborative approach to help our clients strengthen their impact and further their missions, often acting as an extension of their team. We are looking for an Operations Support Assistant to help with the administrative work that keeps our clients and team organized. Depending on your strengths and experience, your work may include scheduling meetings, preparing documents, maintaining databases, supporting fundraising activities, coordinating events, and assisting with special projects. Because our clients depend on us to keep important business functions running smoothly, we look for employees who are self-starters, dependable, thoughtful, and committed to helping our clients succeed.
Responsibilities
Assignments vary by skill set and may include:
- Executive and administrative support to the team and our clients as needed
- Document preparation
- CRM and internal software systems maintenance
- Scheduling, event coordination, and project management
- Fundraising operations
Requirements
- Strong organization, clear communication, and reliable follow-through are essential
- Skills and previous experience providing executive and administrative support
- Nonprofit background / familiarity is a plus
- Resourceful, industrious, and highly detail-oriented
- Comfortable learning internal software tools
- Familiarity with Google Workspace
- Access to a working laptop with good internet
- Must be friendly, patient and have a good command of the English language.

Benefits
We don’t currently offer health benefits. All candidates will start out as contractors with the option of moving to a W-2 after 60 days.
Salary Range
Pay is $20 to $40 per hour based on experience and specialization.
Schedule
1099 contractor, part-time (minimum 15 hours/week), with a pathway to full-time W2 employment.
