Office Manager

A fast-growing customer service/staffing company providing high-quality speech-language,
occupational, and mental health therapists to brick + mortar and Online schools across the country. We are
currently hiring an on-site Office Manager/Accounting Assistant to join our professional but friendly office with 15
+ on-site staff members here in Pikesville (Commerce Center).

JOB SUMMARY:
The Office Manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve
company procedures and day-to-day operation. The ideal candidate will be energetic, tech-savvy,
highly analytical, detail-oriented, and not only enjoys working with numbers, but excels in that arena as
well.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents/reports.
• Facilitates maintenance of office equipment including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
• Ordering materials for students/schools and therapists
• Keeping inventory and overseeing the assembly and shipping of kits
• Utilizing different online systems to maintain employee accounts
• Keeping the office stocked with supplies and food
• Running bi-weekly W2 Payroll
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivables
• Reconciling Accounts
• Bookkeeping functions
• Tasks that come up day-to-day

100% onsite in Pikesville, MD

• Excellent organization skills and detail oriented
• Quick learner and Good problem solver
• General proficiency with computers and technology
• Experience with Quickbooks preferred
• Bookkeeping experience preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technology issues
• Ability to communicate via email, phone, and Zoom in a professional manner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or related software.
EDUCATION
● High school diploma or equivalent required
EXPERIENCE
● Administrative and clerical experience preferred.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
● Pursuing an accounting/finance degree is preferred.
