Office Manager

A law firm — specializing in business and tax with extensive experience in representing entrepreneurs and institutional business entities – is seeking an Office Manager.

 

The office manager will direct and coordinate activities of the day-to-day operations. Duties include managing staff and facility, keeping office organized, research, and some paralegal responsibilities.

 

Candidates must have a strong administrative background with good people skills. Must be proficient with computers and presentation IT.

A background in law, tax, and business preferred. Notary is also helpful.

 

(Office is located in the Howard Brown building in Owings Mills, with garage parking.)
