A custom window treatment and upholstery company, is seeking to hire a part-time Office Assistant.
Responsibilities
Assist with all office duties, including invoicing, filing, purchase ordering, etc.
Customer service.
Maintaining fabric and sample library.
Requirements:
Good written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Quickbooks helpful.
Knowledge of Spanish helpful.
Pay: $15-17/hr.
Schedule: M-F Flexible (Part or Full time)
