- Complete administrative tasks.
- Answer phones, emails, walk-ins.
- Work in Enumerate Property Management software to create and sent work orders, help residents with their accounts, etc.
- Send ledger and invoices to bookkeeper.
- Send payroll to bookkeeper.
- Organized and thorough

- Use of computer to email, etc.
- Use of copier to print and scan.
- Basic Excel and bookkeeping skills
Schedule: Part-time; Monday-Wednesday, 8 am- 4 pm, but flexible; 20-24 hours/week.
