Office Administrator-PT

A busy property management office in Pikesville, MD is seeking a Part-time Office Administrator to join its team.

Responsibilities:              

  • Complete administrative tasks.
  • Answer phones, emails, walk-ins.
  • Work in Enumerate Property Management software to create and sent work orders, help residents with their accounts, etc.
  • Send ledger and invoices to bookkeeper.
  • Send payroll to bookkeeper.

  • Use of copier to print and scan.

  • Basic Excel and bookkeeping skills

Pay:  DOE

Schedule: Part-time; Monday-Wednesday, 8 am- 4 pm, but flexible; 20-24 hours/week.
