Mortgage Loan Processor/Real Estate Analyst-FT

A leading provider of short- and long-term capital to real estate investors, a fast-paced company, constantly striving to improve the lending experience for real estate investors through transparency, reliability and by leveraging modern technology platforms, is seeking to hire a Full-time Mortgage Loan Processor/Real Estate Analyst. The loan processors are the backbone of the company, helping guide deals on the journey from term sheet to closing table. By keeping everything on track and humming along, the team helps ensure that our borrowers have a great experience working with us.

The ideal candidate will be committed to diligent fact-checking and attention to detail and will have excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills. S/he will be creative, take initiative, be a problem-solver, possess a positive attitude, and have a desire for knowledge acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Work together with the Loan Processing and Sales team to coordinate underwriting and closing of prospective loans
  • Conduct credit & valuation analysis, perform due diligence, prepare documents
  • Maintain line of communication and coordinate with third parties to ensure proper underwriting protocols are met
  • Manage a monthly pipeline of loans including gathering required information and reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate various internal and external teams to create a seamless closing experience for customers
  • Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating and cooperating with all borrowers and partners

Requirements:

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
  • Strong analytical, organizational, oral, and written communication skills required
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well independently and with a team
  • An interest in finance, real estate, and/or banking
  • Quick learner with new software platforms
  • Strong online research skills
  • Professional and punctual

Pay: DOE

Benefits: Benefit package included

Schedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday, 9 AM- 5 PM.
