A hospital that is part of the largest and most comprehensive health care providers in Maryland, is seeking to hire a Full-time Medical Customer Service Representative Call Center to work for one of its corporate offices in Baltimore City.
POTENTIAL FOR HYBRID REMOTE AFTER 6 MONTHS!!
Responsibilities:
- Under general supervision, assists customers with inquiries regarding accounts, billing, insurance information, budget plans, and reimbursements
- Resolves these concerns in accordance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines for the health care providers
Requirements:
- Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate’s degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field
- EXPERIENCE WITH MEDICAL BILLING REQUIRED
- Experience with Cerner and IDX professional billing system preferred
- 1-3 yrs. call center experience
- Prefer experience working with hospital and professional billing
Pay: DOE
