Marketing & Content Manager-HYBRID-FT

A fast-growing company with an Agency/Marketing Services Department that focuses on digital and multi-component projects located in the Baltimore metro area is seeking to hire a Full-time Marketing & Content Manager to be tasked with fulfilling duties and performing tasks related to content strategy and development. The person in this position assists with company’s marketing efforts across various channels through the guiding principles of revenue generation and flawless execution.


  • Round and retain existing customers by developing strategies to nurture and educate active customers and engage inactive customers.
  • Collaborate with vertical leaders to create a vertical calendar to drive marketing initiatives for the year, to include multiple touch points, and ensure efforts stay on track.
  • Create engaging web content, to include blogs, case studies, and updates of existing content, to help drive traffic and conversions.
  • Create email marketing content to go out to customers on weekly that promotes/educates our customer about a service Strategic Factory offers.
  • Communicate monthly special offers to customers regularly to drive conversions.
  • Manage communications for internal and external events.
  • Manage social media marketing to include content strategy.
  • Assist in brand reputation management, both internally and externally.
  • Other duties, as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience within the marketing field
  • Experience working within a CRM and content management systems; HubSpot and WordPress experience is preferable
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay:  DOE

Schedule: Full-time; Hybrid
