A FDIC insured community bank committed to building relationships by providing personalized banking solutions and services, delivered with integrity and passion, is seeking to hire a full-time Loan Servicing Representative 1 to join its team at its Hunt Valley, Maryland location. The Loan Servicing Representative works as a productive team member by accurately and efficiently processing real estate loan transactions and providing excellent customer service. Candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Responsibilities:

• Process monetary receipts and disbursements for loan transactions including, but not limited to mortgage loan payments, loan payoffs, new loans, and escrow disbursements.
• Review and input borrower ACH Agreements.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Provide excellent internal and external customer service

Requirements:

• A high school diploma (or equivalent), two years of cash handling, customer service or banking experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• The ideal candidate for this position must have excellent written and oral communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills, and be able to work both independently and as a team member.
