One of the nation’s leading privately held hotel investment and third-party management companies is seeking a Full-time IT Support Analyst to join its team that is responsible for delivering IT Security, Network and Support Services to the organization. This position will be a key role in scaling the IT environment to keep pace with the organization’s growth. This hands-on role requires exceptional customer service via phone, email or in person.
Responsibilities:
- Provides support for assigned IT projects
- Interacts with third party resources used to provide services to the organization
- Provides remote Helpdesk support, specializing in challenging issues. Responds quickly and effectively to requests
- Participates in updated IT processes and testing
- Works to become a subject expert in an assigned category
- Provides rotating on-call 24×7 support.
- Follows up with customers, provides feedback and sees problems through to resolution.
- Supports Acquisitions & Divestitures as needed.
- Performs any other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years IT support, network operations, or security services.
- Hospitality system experience preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of networking and security tools
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Occasional travel may be required (up to 10%).
Pay: $43,808-60,000/year
