A funeral home is seeking a Human Resource Manager.
This position will assist and facilitate the human resource processes for the company. The role administers health and welfare benefits, recruitment, onboarding, policies, payroll, employee relations, and all HR records. Other duties include: assist with new hire orientation and appropriate forms. Manage onboarding process.
Prepare performance review process. Assist with terminations.
*Bachelor’s degree. Degree in HR or a related field is preferred.
*3-5 years’ of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
Schedule: Part-time, with a minimum requirement of 24 hours.
