HR Coordinator-Regional Call Center-HYBRID-FT

A private, non-profit organization with a proven track record of providing behavioral health crisis services to individuals with mental health and substance use disorders, which provides timely and effective behavioral health crisis response services and treatment in the least restrictive environment, is seeking a Full-time Human Resource Coordinator to be responsible for Human Resource and administrative duties related to the Regional Call Center.

Responsibilities:

  • Standardizing recruitment and selection activities across the project.
  • Drafting HR policies.
  • Coordinate and scheduling of interviews.
  • Reviewing and addressing human resource policies and procedures.
  • Developing standardized onboarding and employee trainee for the project.
  • Developing workforce management plans.
  • Developing plan for recruiting and retaining Spanish speaking call center staff.
  • Developing practice guidelines in conjunction with Director
  • Developing training curriculum and schedule across the project.
  • Assisting with new employee orientation.
  • Working directly with and report to the human resources director
  • Supporting daily staffing plan for each call center
  • Other administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Educational: This position requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field. Preferred: Bachelor’s in HR with at least 2 – 3 years’ experience or Master’s in HR or related field with at least 1 year of experience.
  • Physical Demands: Moderate walking, standing, climbing stairs, and sitting required. Moderate lifting up to 20 Ibs.
  • Conditions/ Hazards: Works generally in well-lighted and ventilated office environment with standard office supplies and/or equipment (desk, chairs, telephone, computers). Also, works in the community to meet with service providers and clients. May be required to work flexible hours to achieve position objectives.  Potential exposure to highly charged stressful, and emotional situations, potential exposure to aggressive encounters.

Pay:  45-55K
