HR Assistant-REMOTE-PT

A small HubZone certified business with offices in Maryland and Florida, which specializes in unexploded ordnance (UXO), military munitions response, and counter improvised explosive devices (IEDs) to include conducting specialized research, technology development, test, and evaluation, performing Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) actions, is seeking to hire a Part-time HR Assistant to work in a remote capacity.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Payroll
  • Schedule travel and meeting arrangements
  • Arrange reports
  • Correspondence with internal staff, clients, and vendors
  • Administrative activities to help build proposals
  • Track proposal calendars/deadlines, assist in the scheduling and coordination of document reviews
  • Coordinate, schedule meetings and conference calls
  • Assist in new hires, assist HR Manager and AP Manager
  • Track projects, assemble daily reports, timesheets coordinator
  • Demonstrated knowledge of customer service

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel required.
  • Knowledge of calendar managements and scheduling appointments
  • Solid understanding of expense reports
  • Outstanding organizational skills, ability to multitask, an eye for detail
  • Personnel file maintenance experience highly preferred
  • Meeting coordination and planning experience preferred

Pay:  $23.00/hour

Schedule: Part-time; At least 20 hours/week; Remote
