Database Associate-HYBRID-FT

A large Jewish nonprofit which works to enhance Jewish life and addresses charitable, educational, religious, humanitarian, health, cultural and social service needs of the Jewish community locally, nationally, in Israel and throughout the world is seeking a Database Associate to join its team. The Database Associate is responsible for importing/inputting data into our main CRM from other customer facing solutions, auditing data for consistency & accuracy and providing customer service to our donors. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work productively in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and collaborative environment and independently manage a multi-faceted workload and meet strict deadlines.


  • Maintain database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
  • Prepare source data for entry/import by compiling and sorting information.
  • Import data from other systems into our main CRM.
  • Perform Database cleanup to improve data quality.
  • Process online event registrations and customer updates.
  • Provide backup coverage of incoming customer service phone lines.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or vocational or technical training. Experience may be substituted for some of the required education.
  • One to three years of professional experience.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; especially Word & Excel
  • Must be present in the office (as applicable)

Pay: Salary commensurate with experience
