Customer Success Representative-REMOTE-FT

A company providing online speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, and mental health services, is seeking a Full-time Customer Success Representative to serve as a liaison between its schools and therapists.

Responsibilities:

  • Timely communication with therapists and schools
  • Assigning new referrals
  • Meeting with school personnel for monthly touch-base meetings
  • Training new therapists on school specific systems
  • Overseeing current therapists to ensure school specific requirements are being met.
  • Collaborating/Training with current and new liaisons
  • Communicating with billing and recruiting departments
  • Assessing current and anticipated school needs
  • Ensuring provider handbooks are up to date and most effective.
  • Establishing school specific documents for new schools assigned to
  • Reviewing current provider training and updating as necessary

Qualifications:

  • School-based and/or special education experience required.
  • Great for a transitioning teacher!
  • Remote- EST preferred.

Pay:  40K/year

Benefits:  PTO, flexible schedule (EST), no health benefits or 401K
