Customer Service Representative

A medical office supply company, with an office located in White Marsh, is seeking a Customer Service Representative.

 

Responsibilities
  Receiving and processing customer orders. communicating to vendors and customers details about their orders. answering phones. supporting the sales team.
Requirements
  Office 365, windows skills. email organization, good verbal and email computer skills. problem solving skills, attention to detail. emotional intelligence, ability to use positive language, must have own transportation to and from the office, this job does not provide for working from home. willingness to learn and work within a team environment.

 

Pay:  $35-40K

Schedule:  Full time, 8:30-5:00
