Customer Service Representative-FT

A nationwide commercial waste service provider is seeking a skilled Full-time Customer Service Representative to join its team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to be resourceful and work well in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, time management and polished communication skills are necessary for this position. We are looking for someone who can work well independently but also as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a go-getter personality and be ready to jump right into our ongoing customer service needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with both customers and vendors
  • Keeping track of ongoing service requests
  • Communicating with the rest of the customer service team
  • Handling customer requests as they come in

Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Extreme attention to detail is a must
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • First-rate communication skills both verbally and written
  • Superb phone presence
  • Committed work ethic
  • Ability to problem solve

Pay: DOE
