Customer Care/Service Associate

A Baltimore non-profit organization is seeking a Customer Care/Service Associate.

 

Essential Position Functions:

  1.        Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. 
  2. Receives, codes and processes new customer orders, edits orders received for price and nomenclature and expedites delivery per customer request.
  3. Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  4. Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  5. Contributes to team effort by working together in a collaborative effort.
  6. Serves as a liaison with manufacturing and shipping     
  7. Maintains files on orders and order documentation.

 

 

Qualifications:

  1. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  2. Experience in Microsoft Office Application, inventory systems and customer management software/ systems.
  3. Excellent communication, organization, time management and analytical/problem solving skills are required, along with a high degree of flexibility
  4. Demonstrate willingness to work together with peers and other department to improved quality and performance with the demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
  5. Position requires sitting and keyboarding for long periods of time.

 

Pay:  $ 13.25 – $ 15.50
