Content Marketing Coordinator-HYBRID-FT

A dynamic CPA and management consulting firm, committed to a culture of excellence, offering audit, income tax, accounting & finance, risk advisory, managed IT, HR and other services, is seeking a Full-time Content Marketing Coordinator to join its team. In a few words, how would you describe yourself? Creative wordsmith? Content guru? Self-starter? If so, then this position may be the perfect fit for you. This position will be responsible for content churn to support the firm’s marketing objectives. This includes scheduling and managing the firm’s social media posts, blogs, landing pages, as well as working closely with our Marketing Manager on strategic marketing efforts to increase audience engagement in our content. The Content Marketing Coordinator will be required to be on-site at our corporate office in Owings Mills, Maryland, on average 4 to 8 times per month.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of making sure content across all social platforms is leveraged to ensure it maintain a regular cadence; This includes daily monitoring, interaction, and posting; and curating content.
  • Executing the content calendar and providing copy writing support for all marketing communications
  • Contributing to digital (and traditional) marketing strategy and planning discussions
  • Maintaining social channels (such as LinkedIn) and recommend strategies for engagement
  • Identifying, updating, and maintaining content library
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Manager and other stakeholder to create new content
  • Staying up-to-date with hot topics and trends to generate new ideas for content as well as new technology and software upgrades

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or similar
  • Three to five years relevant professional experience
  • Experience with HubSpot
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Demonstrated ability to execute on content strategy
  • High attention to detail and adapts to change with ease
  • Dedicated to deadlines
  • Possesses a can-do attitude and is self-motivated
  • Strong communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Experience with creating video
  • Experience with Google Analytics

Pay: DOE
