Case Manager II-United Way-HYBRID-FT

A comprehensive human services organization is seeking a Full-time Case Manager II (Grant Funded United Way Family Stability Program). This position is grant funded with the possibility of grant renewal. Proof of vaccination is required as a condition of employment.

In this position you will:

  • Develop individualized needs assessments and service (treatment) plans per JCS and grant documentation.
  • Responsible for statistics and grant reporting to United Way.
  • Establishes an advocacy relationship to provide support services and agency and community resources.
  • Uses supervision to identify case management issues, transference, and countertransference to identify learning needs and growth areas.

Education and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of budgeting of income and expenses.
  • Familiarity with aspects of service delivery to promote client independence Ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Working knowledge of Jewish customs, traditions, and values.
