A large Jewish nonprofit which works to enhance Jewish life and addresses charitable, educational, religious, humanitarian, health, cultural and social service needs of the Jewish community locally, nationally, in Israel and throughout the world is seeking a Campaign Associate-Operations to join its team. This is a full-time, hybrid position that will work closely with the Development, Marketing, and Donor Center professionals to effectively manage and support fundraising operations. An ideal candidate will possess strong analytic skills, be detail oriented, and work well both independently and in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and track donor data analytics in partnership with Donor Center and professional campaign team.
- Understand best practices of social media and direct mail fundraising strategies.
- Analyze data and trends and use findings to inform strategies and decision-making.
- Serve as a collaborative partner, ensuring smooth fundraising, data management, and information sharing between departments.
- Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward gifts from current and prospective donors, with a strong focus on upgrade potential, donor retention, new donor acquisition, and recognition.
- Collaborate with professional leadership to create and implement fundraising strategies for donors giving $18 – $999.
- Serve as lead professional on the United Way Campaign and Matching Gifts program.
- Manage campaign set-up process.
- Manage Honor Roll recognition.
- Ensure data integrity.
Required experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of three years’ experience in similar role.
- Background in campaign management with experience using new technologies to drive fundraising success.
- Proficiency in database management/CRM systems such as Blackbaud and Salesforce, as well as Microsoft Office Suite programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks at any given time in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.

Pay: Salary range is $48,750-$53,600 and is commensurate with qualifications, skills, and experience.
