Call Center Customer Service Representatives

A mail and call center outsourcing solution company, is seeking Call Center Customer Service Representatives.

The BrightKey Call Center is filled with professionals who handle customer inquiries and order processing, by phone, email, and web chat..

The position will require all Customer Call Service Call Center Professionals to work onsite at our office in Annapolis Junction, MD 20701.

Responsibilities include:
• Provide customer service support to our various clients’ customers
• Answering heavy inbound calls and assisting the caller in whatever capacity necessary
• Assisting customers with multiple orders, shipping, taxes, and completing /placing orders
• Provide membership support by updating membership information, membership benefits, canceling memberships as requested
• Answering general customer questions and doing required research if necessary.

Requirements:

Candidates must be energetic and detail-oriented with a friendly, professional demeanor and clear speaking voice.

• Call Center experience is preferred
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong grammar and spelling are high needed in this position.
• Must be dependable and organized with a mindset of a team player.
• Must have strong attention to detail and be able to take accurate notes as needed
• MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Pay:  $17.25/hr.

Schedule:   Full Time, Monday – Friday (8:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.) additional shifts with evening hours are available.
