A family-owned business headquartered in Baltimore, MD with over 50 years of experience in the parking and real estate industries is seeking a Part-time Bookkeeper/Office Assistant to join its team and work in its downtown Baltimore office. Parking is free and is ½ block from the office. Duties and responsibilities include auditing monthly and daily garage work, entering the information on statistical analysis sheets and QuickBooks, billing monthly customers, payroll processing entry, accounts payable, reconciling bank statements, processing monthly customers, communicating with company personnel and other general office duties related to operating a parking business. Must be computer proficient including QuickBooks and have relevant experience.
