An electronics company, specializing in the manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly of custom cable, wiring, and harness systems, is seeking Assemblers.


  Work with team to build entire assembly from start to finish.
Rotate thru tasks for specific production processes.
Preparation, crimping/soldering, assemble components/wire and labeling.
Perform test & adjustments.
Follow processes & document work orders.
Maintain a clean & orderly work area.
  Previous experience in manufacturing, electronic assembly, or other related field preferred but will train the right candidate.
Ability to communicate effectively & interface with other assemblers to plan, prioritize & execute an aggressive mfg. schedule. Must have good interpersonal skills, attention to detail is critical, while working efficiently to meet demanding delivery deadlines.
Must have good hand-eye coordination; good hand dexterity.
Ability to use/operate a variety of tools to include hand & power tools, such as automated wire strippers/crimpers, soldering irons, etc. necessary to fabricate & test electronic assemblies.
Ability to use measuring instruments (rulers, calipers, etc.) and accurately calculate measurements.
Ability to handle physical workloads from moving 10 lbs. constantly up to 20-50 lbs. occasionally in the process of completing assemblies.
Ability to speak, read, & write the English language; must be able to distinguish all colors.
Ability to read & interpret work instructions, engineering drawings/sketches, & specifications to determine assembly methods.
Position also requires frequent standing/walking/reaching to move tools, equipment and/or products during assembly process.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Soldering experience/certification a big plus!


Pay:  $15-25/hr.
