Administrative Specialist 1-HYBRID-FT/PT

A non-profit human service organization is seeking an Administrative Specialist I to support our Career Center, Economic Advancement, and Successful Aging initiatives. We are interviewing for both part-time and full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As our Administrative Specialist, you’ll be the orchestrator of meetings, workshops, and special events. Your impeccable organizational skills will ensure everything runs like clockwork.
  • Creating, compiling, and distributing essential statistical reports will also be vital. Your attention to detail will be the magic that keeps us informed and on track.
  • Assist in the compilation and reporting of agency-wide grants. Your expertise will help secure the funding that empowers our community.
  • Manage and review Career Center billing to keep our operations running smoothly. Your precision will make sure everything adds up.
  • Contribute to our online presence by posting blogs and updating content on the Career Center website.
  • Coordinate written communication with our clients, ensuring that their needs are met with care and professionalism.


  • Bachelor’s degree or experience in a related field, showcasing your commitment to excellence.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, demonstrating your dedication to precision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Cava, WordPress, and Adobe Suite, revealing your tech-savvy side.
  • An eagerness to learn and operate internal computer systems, keeping us at the cutting edge.
  • Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to work seamlessly with various levels of management and interface with external customers while maintaining confidentiality on sensitive matters.
