Key Responsibilities:

- Creating, compiling, and distributing essential statistical reports will also be vital. Your attention to detail will be the magic that keeps us informed and on track.
- Assist in the compilation and reporting of agency-wide grants. Your expertise will help secure the funding that empowers our community.
- Manage and review Career Center billing to keep our operations running smoothly. Your precision will make sure everything adds up.
- Contribute to our online presence by posting blogs and updating content on the Career Center website.
- Coordinate written communication with our clients, ensuring that their needs are met with care and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or experience in a related field, showcasing your commitment to excellence.
- Meticulous attention to detail, demonstrating your dedication to precision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Cava, WordPress, and Adobe Suite, revealing your tech-savvy side.
- An eagerness to learn and operate internal computer systems, keeping us at the cutting edge.
- Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to work seamlessly with various levels of management and interface with external customers while maintaining confidentiality on sensitive matters.
