We are looking for a smart, motivated, detail-oriented individual to support our administrative staff. The successful candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a professional demeanor and the ability to multitask while working in a fast-paced environment. This position will support the team by answering phones, greeting the customer, scheduling appointments and assisting the administrative staff in any way possible.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls when appropriate.
- Answer email messages when appropriate.
- Take messages for other employees.
- Transfer callers to the appropriate individuals.
- Organize files and documents.
- Order office supplies.
- Manage calendars and schedules.
Salary: $17-20/hr.
