Part-time Administrative Assistant to join its team at its small office in Pikesville.
Will be responsible for general administrative tasks related to answering phones and emails, electronic filing, creating documents, assisting clients and owners with various tasks, etc. Will train person hired on company specific computer programs. Must be computer knowledgeable and confident. Intermediate proficiency in Word, basic Excel, internet and emailing. Must have great phone/people skills and be able to multitask.
Real estate knowledge is a plus.
Schedule: Part-time; Monday-Friday; 9:30 AM- 1:30 PM.
