A cell phone recycling company, is seeking a Front Desk Agent.
Manage the front entrance for employees and guests throughout the day. Open up the various buildings in the morning, close up at the end of the day. Verify access to the building to permitted parties. Track attendance of employees.
Assist Sales Dept in making calls to prospective clients and data entry work. Calls would include information about different services the company provides.
Computer knowledge of Google Suite
Experience in Customer Relations
Familiarity with online marketing a plus
At least 1 year of office experience
Excellent written and verbal communication
Attention to detail with accuracy
Shows flexibility and adaptability
Excellent time and multi-project management skills
Cellphone industry knowledge is also a plus
Spanish is a plus
